Affordable Homes (ARO)
In collaboration with the city of Chicago, Belfield (3924 N Lincoln) provides affordable housing at below-market rates, adhering to the Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). Eligibility for these select units is determined by your household size and annual income, as specified on the City of Chicago's website. Households are required to meet the income requirements to be considered for an apartment. If you make more than the income requirements you will not qualify. The income limits per household are as follows based on the percent area median income for each unit. Below shows these limits:
